1. Introduction

• You must not be a previously excluded, suspended, or self-excluded player whose restriction has not been formally lifted by bajiq.

bajiq is not a gambling platform for minors under any circumstances. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all funds will be withheld pending investigation, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities. 3. Account Registration and Security

One person may hold only one active account on the Platform at any given time. Multiple accounts held by the same individual, household, or IP address will be considered duplicate accounts and may be suspended or permanently closed.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the bajiq Platform — including but not limited to the brand name 'bajiq', logo, domain name, website design, graphical assets, software interfaces, game content, written copy, promotional materials, and all compilations thereof — is the exclusive intellectual property of bajiq or is used under license from third-party rights holders. All rights are reserved.

bajiq makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free of errors or viruses, or that any specific game result will meet your expectations. All games and betting markets are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

9. Responsible Gaming
